In life, there are a lot of events that can certify oneââ¬â¢s challenges. People pass through a lot either to make it in life or to achieve a certain target. Despite this, the only thing that can stand out of this hustle is happiness. This is a feeling that has no limits in oneââ¬â¢s life. Itââ¬â¢s not negotiable not purchasable. The only thing that an individual can ascertain to is self-worthy and this element generates automatically. Two years ago, I was called for an interview in one of the top beverage companies in our State. This was a job of my dream and a career booster. Since I had tried for several months to secure this position, I felt like my prayers were being answered at last. After attending the interview, I was assured for the post.â⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦Little did it take than I was given a promotion within my field of specialization. The level of friends also increased, and I was able to build myself a reputation. In my second year at the current post, I was got carried away with greed for power. Despite the motto of the company suggesting ââ¬Å"Teamwork is paramountâ⬠, I started creating different workouts and initiating different ideas into the company. The friends I had kept, and my workmates played a critical role in helping me to implement these programs. At some point these ideas didnââ¬â¢t get the required scrutiny. Hence the influence of friends and the self-pride that I ha d developed due to the flatters that I had been given and this made me to develop unstable decisions which I was not fully aware of. The management was getting worried about the initiative that I was introducing in to the company which brought some resistance from me as I was focusing on getting another promotion than helping the company to achieve its targets. All my efforts started to scramble one after another. The promotion that I was eyeing due to the influence of my friends was shut. This didnââ¬â¢t take long when I was served with a letter of demotion. I had to persevere and soldier on.
